I was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism in my mid to late 30s. I'm still navigating this world with a new lens and sense of identity.

I write mainly about my personal experiences and thoughts. I hope my fellow Neurodiverse people can commiserate. I hope Neurotypicals gain insight and move towards acceptance and appreciation.
